Awesome plant specimen. So happy to have found this particular one as I've been looking for it awhile. Came bigger than I expected and looks freaking amazing! Rare, Unusual and Exotic Plants

Welcome to my shop:) My home is in Southern Vermont. Established in 2007 my husband and I operated our greenhouse. All of our plants have been propagated from our main Stock plants. We have never bought in plants just to resell, which put us apart from other plant nurseries. We attended local Farmers' Markets year-round, until my husband passed away in 2020. Unfortunately, the work involved for one person (me) to continue this is not practical and too strenuous.
Because of climate change, where I'm now heating the greenhouse over 8 months (as opposed to 6 months in past years), and the rising heating cost for heating a large greenhouse I am looking to change direction in what I grow so that heating costs are minimal. This will possibly be my last year selling what are considered to be ornamental houseplants...so, with that said, customers will get 40% off (due to fees I have to pay to Etsy) the plants listed in my shop for the whole season until October. (If shopping in person you can get 50% off). Wherever you shop with me you will be getting plants that are below the normal wholesale prices. (No haggling over prices please).

My husband had a degree in Horticulture from the UK. Occasionally you may see listings in my shop that are unidentified, and I have some beautiful plants that are such because handwritten tags have faded over time and, obviously, I can no longer consult with my husband or have time to do extensive research.

As required by law I am a Certified Nursery and Licensed by the State of Vermont to sell plants and send them to other States. (All and any plant sellers should have Certification from their own State to sell within their State or to ship to other States).

If you live near, or ever take a trip to, Southern Vermont you are welcome to come and visit the greenhouse, the "Old Schoolhouse Plantery", West Brattleboro, where you can imbibe the eclectic greenery! I will be officially open Friday to Sunday from April 2nd, 2022. You can also keep up with things through my Facebook page (link below). You may contact me through Etsy messaging system if you'd like to make arrangements to visit on other days.
